Job Description Summary
The College Co-op, Human Resources will obtain the knowledge and skill set necessary to assist with the coordination of human resources policies, programs and services. This individual will provide support to the Driveline Human Resources team and assist other human resources associates with special projects as requested.
Job Description
Assists and supports the Driveline Human Resources team with day-to-day activities
Performs general clerical duties: filing, tracking information, scheduling, etc.
Assists with entries in the Human Resources Information System
Conducts salary new hire orientations and assists with onboarding activities
Assists with immigration activities and international assignment coordination
Assists in creating proposed organizational charts
Assists and coordinates special events
Other duties and special projects assigned
Required Skills and Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Anticipated graduation date of May 2022 or later
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft (Primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and respecting highly confidential information
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organization skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Proven ability to function in a team environment, supporting team members when needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to be flexible and responsive
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Must be able to work in US without sponsorship
