We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team. CSR will responsible for working with a set group of dealers along with our Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping department and Customer Service Manager on a project-by-project basis. Responsibilities include order entry, customer contact, expediting orders and the overall orchestration of a variety of duties to ensure the timely shipment of orders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must possess strong telephone, verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have ability to partner with various departments to resolve any issues that may arise. Must be able to handle multiple jobs/processes concurrently and follow-up to completion. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of product knowledge.
Prefer at least 3 years experience in customer service environment. Must be independent, self-directed, possess excellent communication and listening skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Experience in SAP software would be desired.
