We’re looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills and an interest in blood banking to work directly with our volunteer donors and collect life-saving blood products. Plus, we’ll train you on all the skills you’ll need to be successful in this mission-driven field.

What you can expect in this position:
We train all of our phlebotomists in the techniques that will help them advance their careers in health care, while working with a compassionate and mission-driven group of professionals.
To get you started on your journey with us, we begin with an eight-week training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and four weeks of mentoring with an experienced, certified phlebotomist.
What you will do:
Under direct supervision by department leadership, performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Interacts with donors and coordinators, providing a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience. Takes pride in and is committed to delivering high quality services. Works cooperatively and is a supportive member of the team/group. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives.
When you will work?
• To serve our community, you will work a variable schedule including early mornings, late days/evenings, weekends and holidays
• Staff schedules are posted two to three weeks in advance!
