Join Ecolab's growing Animal Health Division as a Corporate Account Manager, supporting our dairy farm business! As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of key customer relationships and driving both top and bottom line growth initiatives. The Corporate Account Manager is the face of Ecolab for our largest distributor and end-user dairy farm customers, and as such the CAM's success is driven by the ability to build relationships and work seamlessly between the dairy producer, distributor, and Ecolab field sales team.
This role can be based anywhere in Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.
What You Will Do:
Manage and grow a book of business made up primarily of customers in the eastern third of the U.S.
Learn our customers' operations, understand their challenges, and provide cleaning, sanitizing, udder hygiene, and digital solutions to meet their needs.
Identify business opportunities to increase penetration within Ecolab's established Animal Health distribution network
Identify opportunities to grow large dairy farm business at the enterprise level
Establish relationships at all levels with key distributor and large farm prospects to drive future growth
Manage profitability of assigned accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Five or more years of successful sales experience within agricultural or related sales, andachievement of budget and growth targets.
Experience in managing distributor relationships
Willingness to travel
Valid drivers' license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Skilled communicator and presenter - ability to communicate effectively to all levels within Ecolab and assigned customers.
Strong written communication skills - can develop effective and concise written proposals, presentations and executive summaries.
Customer profiling - understands customer profile components/structure, required data and how to get it, how to quantify market potential and is able to create a profile utilizing available templates.
Business & financial acumen - can understand and read a P&L, can structure and close profitable deals, understands financial drivers and how to leverage them in the deal development and closing process.
Strong interpersonal & relationship skills - listens, asks critical questions, relates well with others, comfortable and effective operating within a virtual team. Establishes cross-divisional, cross-functional connections between Ecolab and customer counterparts. Builds relationships that lead to incremental value for Ecolab.
