Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to promote, develop and expand Xerox's Non-Xerox Supplies business within new logo and named Sold Supplies resellers within a defined geography. Resellers will be Direct Response, Dot Com, Stationers, BTA dealers and very large Office Products & Supplies resellers.
Scope of Role:
Selling Activities:
Deliver Revenue Plan of approximately $3.5M to $5M/annual
Deliver plan by signing up and developing new small and mid-tier resellers to carry/sell full portfolio Non-Xerox Supply offerings.
Research marketplace to uncover net new resellers to build suspect and prospect list
Work with Channels Hardware Sales teams to engage targeted existing genuine sold supplies resellers for expansion into Non-Xerox toner products
Manage activities within individual resellers with key staff to support development of targeted run rates per partner
Create reseller account development plan is created for key top NX supplies resellers to achieve sales revenue targets
Support the reseller development plan with marketing activities
Keep abreast of competitor activities, programs and incentives
Identify grey/black market positions for Brand Protection action
Program Launch Support:
- Support and participate in implementation of marketing programs for new product launches

Position Impact to the Business:
The Sold Supplies Business Development lead is required to deliver plan of approximately $4M/annual in incremental net new revenue to the corporation.
Experience and Skills Required:
Proven English communication skills (with IHQ) & local language proficiency;
Previous experience of printer channel sales and business development essential;
Previous experience marketing supplies, specifically aftermarket products to resellers
Experience of pricing strategy & negotiation
Knowledge of operational processes and experience working within the Xerox field and internal organizations;
Organized, with ability to handle multiple deliverables, priorities and targets;
Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to external customers with proven negotiating skills;
Demonstrated business and financial acumen;
Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools;
Strong self-initiative and results oriented
Desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Knowledge:
Knowledge of Xerox products and services
Knowledge of operational processes and experience working within the Xerox field and internal organizations.
Relevant BS/BA Degree preferred
