Responsibilities
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Operate the center switchboard.
Greet visitors, prospective beneficiaries, community workers, salespeople, etc., asceraining the nature of their business, and notifying the appropriate staff via telephone.
Keep records as required by Administration.
Assist with the training and supervision of beneficiaries assigned to the Reception Office.
Must be available for a flexible schedule as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with beneficiaries, management and staff. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common reports and documents.
Basic computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, data management, and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
