This role requires weekly team and 1 on 1 training, weekly sales and company meetings, and the ability to engage with our clients, their customers, and prospect on their behalf.
The systems we have in place are the best in the sales & recruiting industry and not for everyone! You will begin the training process that will include interviews, a business plan, and intense coursework while you learn the Sandler Selling System for the first 2 months on the job.
