We are seeking a responsible full-time Administrative Assistant for our Troy office, located at 5480 Corporate Drive, Suite 100. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and help manage our company's general administrative activities. - Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact database/CRM (Salesforce)
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and executive administrative assistant to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Other duties as necessary
