CTG is seeking experienced Epic MyChart Analyst for a 2 month project starting immeidatly. This is a remote project on MST hours.
Analysts will be focused on build, optimization, mentoring and workflow efforts.
Responsibilities include:
Build within the Epic MyChart modules, attend meetings, and meet with upper management/business owners. The consultant will be expected to come in as an expert and conduct analysis as well as build, optimization, mentoring and testing within the system.
Qualified candidates need:
• Understanding of hospital and ambulatory operations and workflows including patient portals and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of best practices and how each area integrates with others
• Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Ability to interact effectively with peers, management, physician office staff, vendors, and other customers
• Effective organization skills and attention to detail; effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence
• Ability to hear and communicate with others in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.
• Demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Experience participating in optimization projects including design, build, testing, and support
REQUIRED SKILLS (primary and nice-to-have): (Required means that the client only wants to see candidates who have these skills).
• Minimum Requirements: Work requires the level of knowledge normally attained through completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Management.
Current Epic MyChart certification.
Minimum of 2 years of direct Epic build, implementation and support experience. Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades Comprehensive test plans development. Experience with facilitating subject matter experts and meetings required.
