Job Summary:
Provides assistance and support to visitors, staff, & residents in person and over the phone. Performs a variety of clerical job functions.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum one year in similar position; computer experience preferred
Licensure: None
Skills & Abilities: Self-directed; reliable; multi-tasking; quick thinking;
able to handle stressful situations and multiple tasks;
good organizational skills; good hearing and interpersonal skills;
basic financial ability; computer skills helpful but not mandatory.
