SUMMARY
Schedules, organizes, and supports instructor-led, self-study, or computer-based training courses and programs across the
enterprise; schedules and arranges classrooms, training materials, employee registrations, and other logistical support
required for successful learning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Works with employees to help them register for or answer questions about various training programs.
2. Coordinates with learning, organization development, and business knowledge team members and clients to schedule
training events, develop training roster, produce and distribute training materials, coordinate availability of instructors,
identify and schedule appropriate training locations.
3. Supports preparation of training plans and budgets with guidance from management.
4. Supports preparation of materials required to deliver training products/services (reports, training materials, evaluation
forms, client correspondence, etc.).
5. Customizes/tailors materials (e.g., survey instruments, training exercises, and training materials) using templates selected
by leadership.
6. Configures training software systems and tools using Editor or Administrator features. Enters program and event
information in the learning management system. Manages event rosters and history records within the learning
management system.
7. Serves as resource for customers in facilitating the resolution of training conflicts and issues.
8. Provides project management support for large-scale projects, and project management leadership for smaller projects.
9. Provides project administrative support as required (i.e., word-processing, creating power point presentation, invoicing,
file maintenance, travel arrangements, data entry etc.).
10. Engages in frequent client contact, by phone and face-to-face, to coordinate development and delivery of activities.
EDUCATION
1. Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
2. One (1) to three (3) years experience in related field preferred.
