The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. IT's mission is to enable business growth and productivity by connecting people, process, and technology. It focuses not only on enhancing the technology that enables our business to thrive but also on how employees use and are empowered by technology. This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.This role reports up to the KLA Service and US Operations Business Unit. The Business Unit is focused on providing the best customer experience for IT Services! You will work with a number of teams both locally and globally in resolving problems and participating in local & global projects.
Top 3 Daily responsibilities:- Take ownership on the local small datacenter with all network and security appliances and limited local servers
- Report incidents and issues to central helpdesk and provide local assistance as needed and resolve SNOW requests & incidents
- Participate in corporate projects and become the liaison on behalf of IT for Ann Arbor office.
Additional Responsibilities- PC, Network, Storage, and smartphone lifecycle
Requirements (these are the must-have skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Expert knowledge PC, server, OS,
- Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow
- current ITIL certification
7. 5+ years Netapp / EMC storage experience, Storing networking fundamentals required. CCNA Certification preferred
- Documentation skills - End user instruction writing
- Virtualization experience
- Scripting and packaging
- Active directory and SCCM
