Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with delivering solutions to business problems in an industrial or technical work environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing communications and keeping project deliverables on time.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with one or more of: Python, MySQL, Bash, Javascript.
Experience with photography and/or imaging software.
Basic knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix and electronics.
Developed communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings.

As a Digitization Operations Specialist, you will provide general troubleshooting and support for our software to ensure all operations run efficiently and with minimal downtime. In addition, you will be engaged in support efforts closely tied in with our Operations Management team and Google Engineering. This work defines the equipment that is to be used and the manner in which it is to be integrated with the software our engineering teams build. It involves research, acquisition and testing of equipment and the development of installation and maintenance processes.

Support the operations teams in multiple areas (e.g. troubleshooting, root cause analysis, efficiency improvements through better processes, documentation and automation).
Work with operations and engineering teams during the incubation and upscaling phases of digitization programs with the goal of increasing our digitization capabilities and play an active role to shape these.
Work with internal partners like Product, Engineering and Operations and support the teams that work with external partners to scope and launch new digitization projects.
Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement activities and cost reductions.
