Our client in Detroit (Dearborn Heights/Redford area) needs to hire an entry level Accounting Clerk to provide support as soon as possible. You will assist the Credit Manager by entering accounting transactions into the system and performing administrative duties as assigned.
JOB TYPE: Part time (3 full time days per week), long term contract
PAY: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
DUTIES:
- Provide daily accounting support by using your data entry skills to enter customer payments into the computer.
- Learn new Accounting duties over time.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Follow instructions provided in training on internal policies and accounting procedures.
