Primarily responsible for passing meal trays and between meal snacks directly to patients in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications
· High school graduate or GED equivalent.
· ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
· Satisfactory completion of basic dietary therapy training manual
· Ability to work under elements of time pressure, noise, and frequent interruption of activities.
· Physical stamina to perform job duties and walk up to five miles per day.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, phone courtesy).
Preferred Qualifications
· Therapeutic foodservice experience (hospital, nursing home, etc.) desirable.
· Restaurant experience in waiting tables and hostessing also desirable.
· Computer experience desirable or willing to receive training.
· Demonstrates the principle of ESP and hospitality services.
· Employees in relief positions maintain a reasonably flexible schedule.
