CTG is seeking a team manager experienced in support of the UltiPro Payroll / HR suite for a remote opportunity. In this working manager role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the HRIT team, as well as assisting in application support as needed.
Job responsibilities will include:
Manage the day to day activities of the team responsible for the UltiPro Payroll/HR suite, including managing new requests for build and the break/fix ticket queue
Participate in meetings and answer technical questions related to the HRIT applications
As needed, quickly resolve high priority break/fix incidents, or direct the team on incident resolution
Work with the vendor as needed to escalate issues and requests
Document issues and solutions in the ITSM application
Utilize the ServiceNow ticket management system to track issue status and work volume
Work will be performed remotely, utilizing Teams and Zoom collaboration tools.
Extensive experience in support of the UltiPro HR, Payroll and Talent Management modules
Prior IT management experience
ITIL certified preferred
ServiceNow experience preferred
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
