Job Summary
Loan Servicing Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
This Loan Servicing Analyst position is responsible for ensuring loan integrity and compliance against bank policies and federal regulations. S/he will communicate an outgoing and friendly professional demeanor not only to customers but to staff as well.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's degree preferred
* 1 - 3 Years Experience in Function
* 3 - 5 Years Experience in Industry
* Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
* Detail oriented
* Demonstrates good knowledge of loan documents
* Proficient in using the personal computer including Word and Excel
* Ability to multi-task
* Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Servicing Assurance
* Review all new indirect/direct consumer loans and commercial loans post-closing, and prior to input to the bank's core system.
* Perfect lien placement on all collateral, including real estate recordings.
* Maintain and monitor all loan exception items and distribute a monthly report to appropriate personnel.
* Maintenance on booked loans, including loan amendments, modifications, and renewals.
* Review title commitments, and process title exceptions to obtain Final Title Policy.
Loan Servicing Processing
* Process all contracts received from the Bank's Dealer Network.
* Calculate Dealer Reserve payments and monitor/collect Dealer Reserve "charge-backs" on a monthly basis.
* Process all new and renewal UCC filings, including monthly reporting.
* Prepare loan boarding sheet and determine correct loan coding to report to Feds.
