Our experience encompasses virtually every type of automotive test facility, including climatic and driveability wind tunnels; aerodynamic, acoustic, and thermodynamic wind tunnels; emissions test rooms; soak rooms; altitude chambers; engine and powertrain test cells; and electromagnetic anechoic chambers. We not only design and build these facility systems assets but also operate, maintain, and manage these facilities.

BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview:
The Engineer will be responsible for wind tunnel related projects, providing engineering guidance, and assisting operators / technicians with troubleshooting.
Understand the process of a testing program
Work collaboratively with management, technicians, and on-site client to complete projects and exceed client expectations
Revise work instructions and procedures
Provide technical input into upgrade and refurbishment projects
Working hands-on with technician staff
Responsibilities:
Project Deliverables
Update project spreadsheet
Track project status
Assist with troubleshooting
Communicate project changes to management and client
Technical consultant to operators

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Controls or Mechanical engineering from an accredited engineering school
One (1) years of engineering experience OR an MS degree from an accredited engineering school
Experience in a testing or manufacturing environment
Good understanding of work and process flow related to testing or manufacturing
Technical understanding of data acquisition and instrumentation interface / communication
Operational knowledge of instrumentation equipment related to test systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good collaboration skills, able to work with multiple people and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
Excellent English skills (oral, reading, writing and listening)
Ability to communicate and interact well with others
Expert with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project)
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Positive attitude and strong desire to excel
