Vibe Credit UnioninCommerce, MIis seeking to hire afull-time Connection Center Representativeto deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external members while responding to phone calls, inquiries through our website, text messages, and online chat. The Connection Center Representative assists members during the business hours of 8:30am - 6pm , with all of their banking needs including ATM/debit and credit cards, deposit accounts, online banking, and bill payment issues. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONNECTION CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Connection Center Representative, you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone, through our website, text messages, and online chat. You always take the time to establish a rapport and listen carefully to identify members' needs, clarify information, and research every issue. Using your thorough knowledge of member services and products, you easily provide solutions or alternatives for our members and meet individual and group sales goals.
Our members know that they can depend on you to assist them with monetary transactions, loan information, debit/credit card issues, stop payments, and adjustments to accounts. You also provide assistance and technical support for online banking, mobile banking and deposits, telephone banking, and bill pay. You enjoy working in a fun and supportive environment while helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams!
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a year of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent typing skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Do you have strong organizational and multitasking skills? Can you communicate professionally in-person and on the phone with members and other employees? Is world-class customer service always your priority? Do you have the skills to help people over the phone? Do you work well under pressure and excel in a busy work environment?
