Indian Summer is looking for a filtration operator. Duties include; Supplying the filler with juice according to batch specifications. Document all steps in the process (turbity, brix, color etc). Clean machinery and pipes before and after making juice. Adhere to all GMPs and safety practices. Must keep work areas clean. All other duties assigned by supervisor.
