Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
Manage a geographically dispersed team of Solution Analysts, Solution Leads, and Delivery Leads responsible for customer-facing capabilities and solutions, which include, but are not limited to, CRM Call Center, Field Service Solution, SAP solutions around Contracts, Warranty & Entitlement, Order Management and Returns, Product Fulfillment and Financial Settlement, Event and Inventory Management, and customer enablement portals.
Work closely with GIO business partners, Commercial business leaders and customers to identify, prioritize, scope and implement customer-facing service solutions
Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes
Aligns on Technical Designs, Prototypes/Mock-ups, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within the commercial and ERP application stack
Creates, coordinates and influences the deployment communication plans, including "Go Live" readiness, change management, cutover, and stabilization
Manages and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.
Responsible for platform strategy, alignment to business strategy, and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture
Working with PMO, Delivery Leads, Process Leads, and Change management, develop standards, tools and systems to effectively and efficiently manage the deployment of the commercial products across Stryker divisions, functions, and regions
Works closely with IT Service Delivery teams to ensure implementation of post-production support model and processes
Manage new investment application budgets and portfolio/program/project prioritization process
Own resolution of issues, working with Enterprise Architecture, solution architects, infrastructure, and service provider management teams as necessary
Communication within IT teams is critical for both day-to-day events and building out new solutions
Ensures timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process
Partners with the IT Governance team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX 404, and PM standards
Develop and build robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.
Conducts "lessons learned" after each deployment to continuously improve the deployment process over the course of the program
Provide guidance and mentoring to Delivery Leads, Solution Leads and Solution Analysts within the team or same project/program
Manages the HR designated tasks for the people within their team
Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

Education & special trainings:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required.
Master's degree in MIS, MBA or related disciplines is highly desired.
Qualifications & experience:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience required, with at least 10 deploying/delivering ERP and Customer Facing sales & service solutions.
Prior experience of minimum of 5 years designing, building/configuring/customizing, testing, implementation and rollout of CRM and SAP solutions globally is required.
Demonstrated significant cross technical experience within large consulting firms or corporations leading Global ERP/Commercial programs is required.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required.
Ability to maintain strong relationships within Stryker Divisions and geographies is required.
Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications is required.
Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges is required.
Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm is required.
Experienced in enterprise solution methodologies, preferably in both traditional waterfall and agile approaches is required.
International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in SDLC, ITIL, PMP, PMO standards and processes is required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management is required.
Must be able to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately is required.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish is required.
Strong knowledge of Excel Advanced, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Access DB, MS Project Suite (MPP/Visio/etc.) is required.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences is required.
