JOB TITLE: EDI PMO NORTH AMERICA
JOB LOCATION (SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - LEAR EAST CAMPUS/WORLD HEADQUARTERS)
Responsible for managing a team to design, plan, deploy and document EDI business solutions to enable trading relationships between internal and external partners in North America. Acquire knowledge on innovative EDI product and propose continuous process improvements to ensure quality deliverables.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Direct team to provide solutions to EDI projects
- Define, document, communicate, and implement technical and architectural requirements for current and future EDI processes
- Analyze and prepare recommendations to address existing and potential trouble areas in systems and procedures related to EDI in NA.
- Manage external VANS and mapping developers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide L3 break fixing for EDI issues.
- Ensure transfer of new processes to production support team.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems
- Total experience of 10+ years in the areas of EDI
- Working Knowledge in the following areas:
- EDI concepts, practices and procedures
- ERP integrations with QAD eCommerce and SAP ALE
- EDI standards on EDIFACT, VDA, X12 and XML
- OpenText AL solution
- EDI business process flows
- OFTP and OFTP2 communication protocols

- Knowledge in OpenText's Data Transformation tool Contivo
