Location: Farmington Hills.
As a Clinical Recruiter, you will recruit and hire individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum.
This is a high-volume recruiting role where recruiters must be able to meet or exceed key success measures, which include meeting targeted number of staffed Behavioral Technicians, achieving target offer to staffed ratios and retaining BTs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting and Candidate Experience 100%
Interview candidates and make offers to qualified BT candidates, recognizing the key skills and competencies as well as provide candidates with detailed information about compensation package, position details, and expectations.
Educate applicants on the basics of ABA, the role of a Behavior Technician, and their next steps in the onboarding process.
Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the BT and in cases where beyond agreed upon range, raise to Senior Manager Tech Recruiting.
Set clear expectations of the next steps in the process and sell the opportunity effectively to the candidate. Encourage candidate to complete onboarding process as quickly as possible.
Successfully provide a positive candidate experience from start to finish, including the offer process.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.
Identify opportunities for improvement in recruiting department and raise to manager.
Proficient with Microsoft and social media recruiting sites
Managerial Responsibility
The role of the Recruiter acts as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
Key Fiscal Responsibilities
This role has no budgetary control or financial oversight responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Working Conditions
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am 6:00 pm. If you are recruiting for a market in a different time zone, there will likely be a need to adjust your schedule to meet Behavioral Technician availability.
