ADAPT Physical Therapy is an outpatient multi-speciality group practice offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Massage Therapy located in beautiful Northern Michigan. We have 5 locations serving Ogemaw, Roscommon, and Iosco Counties. Candidate must have the ability to implement cost effective procedures, ability to function in a supervisory roll, to include but not limited to hiring, training, disciplining, and/or termination, and ability to prepare management reports. Responsibilities will include but not limited to staff management, schedule coordination, financial reporting and accountability, monitor and control clinical expenditures within budget, ensure that daily transactions are balanced, posted, and deposited timely. Handle all daily personnel management in accordance wit Human Resources policies/procedures, supervise the accurate and timely entry of patient data, and maintain all state and federal regulations.
Candidate must have a degree in Business Management or Administration from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and management experience with a minimum of 5 years of medical practice experience and minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the medical practice field. Candidate MUST reside in Ogemaw County.
