We are in search of a professional, dedicated Dispatcher with excellent Customer Service skills to join our team of service excellence providers.
•The Dispatcher/Customer Service agent is required to take reservations from a multitude of communications channels including email, telephone, and Internet based distribution systems.
•The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant, friendly, helpful demeanor, with the ability to focus on multiple details. •Dispatcher/CSR is required to maintain a clean, concise log of daily activities covering service levels, incidents, and vehicle maintenance status.
•The Dispatcher/CSR should have good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Google Search, and mapping programs.
•The Dispatcher/CSR candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be punctual and reliable. •All shifts are available including nights and weekends.
•An open availability is a strong plus.
•Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Strong keyboarding / typing skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Industry background preferred
