D&L Industrial Services, Inc. has been the leading provider of office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and floor care services for over forty years. We are currently looking for experienced custodians to join our team temporarily to clean and disinfect local school buildings in the Richland area. Part Time, Shift: 10 am to 2 pm or 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Duties include:
· Detailed cleaning and disinfection of restrooms top to bottom
· Detailed cleaning and disinfection of high touch surfaces throughout school building
· General cleaning of furniture, including desktops and chairs.
· Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
· Empty trash receptacles
· Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms
Qualifications and Skills
· Preferred applicant has prior janitorial experience, but not a must.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must have a clear background and be able to pass a drug test and fingerprinting.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
