Assists the Manager in administrative and operational functions of the HabiStore. Assists the HabiStore Manager in achieving operational, financial, administrative, volunteer and customer goals.
Will assist store manager in daily operations such as:
- Coordinating donation pick ups, and sales deliveries
- Creating a schedule for the Box truck driver
- Cleaning, organizing, and merchandising new donations
- Cultivating relationships with customers, volunteers and donors
- Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area and storage areas
- Coordinating Volunteer help and Community service hours
- Using social media and other forms of marketing to aquire new volunteers and donors
- Keep the outside of the store looking attractive and tidy
