Position Summary
At Spectrum Health Rehabilitation, we believe in creating opportunities to help patients succeed; in strengthening mind, body and spirit and to connecting patients to the support systems they need to remain successful and independent. Our goal is to heal the whole person and everything we do is designed to help patients succeed in recovery.
Our Physical Therapists provide therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
This Physical Therapist will cover between our Outpatient, Inpatient and/or Subacute Facilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Graduate of accredited physical therapy program
Licenses - Physical Therapist (PT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) All entities 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Master's Degree
Experience - 6 months of relevant experience
