The preferred candidate is an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. The individual operates independently to provide quality work products to an EPM Cloud product implementation engagement.
The role performs varied and complex duties that require independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle EPM Cloud products and technology to meet customer needs. The role is expected to apply Oracle True Cloud implementation methodology, follow company procedures, and leading implementation practices. The role will demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. The role may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. The role may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with Project Lead, Project Manager and key client stakeholders of customer organizations. The role will participate in business development activities. The role can be expected to develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate accounting, finance or computer science degree or equivalent experience preferred. The role will provide product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus area. The role must possess the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with clients. Strong interpersonal skills preferred to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Domain Enterprise Data Management, Planning & Budgeting, Financial Close, Consolidation and Reporting, Accounts Reconciliation experience.
- Business process experience with at least one of the following areas:

o Financial Close and Consolidation & Accounts Reconciliation
o Enterprise Data Management
Demonstrated ability to contribute and lead a customer and consulting team through business process change with the focus on adopting out of the box, modern best practice capabilities
Demonstrated industry knowledge and vertical market experience
Financial and Accounting educational background along with accounting designation or relevant financial business process experience.
Application implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS products Enterprise Planning Budget Cloud; Planning Budgeting Cloud; Financial Close Consolidation; or Enterprise Data Management Cloud and experience with other leading Cloud applications are an asset.
