Assistant Director of Nursing/Infection Preventionist

ADON will be responsible for maintaining the Infection Control Program, conducting Quality Assurance Rounds, providing In-service education and training, creating and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records of immunizations, and providing education to residents and families regarding infection control procedures.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan, experience in geriatric nursing preferred, effective leadership abilities, previous management experience a plus, must have Infection Prevention Certification or obtain certification within 3 months of hire.
