APG AI/ML organization is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the R&D and infrastructure projects across the APG Engineering organizations. Responsibilities
Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholder
Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project
Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
Work closely with product management, engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders in APG group to drive implementation of AI/ML projects
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field
5+ experience in project management for delivering software solutions for mission critical applications
Experience in managing projecting involving cloud-based offerings
Experience working cross-functionally with UX design, data science and software development teams
Prior experience working with scrum or equivalent agile software development methodologies
Data Visualization and Analytics Technical Product owner
In this role, you will be mange the development of visualization and analytics capability for factory productivity and supply chain solutions. This role requires you to be hands on, creative and collaborate with Engineering, UX Design and Product Management teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and prioritize work/backlog, collaborating with/and representing business stakeholders and customers within an agile environment for visualization and analytics solutions.
Lead analytics efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective solution-building or issue-resolutions.
Provide cross functional leadership in and communicate technical infrastructures and application development.
Define and document product requirements, user stories and epics and work closely with agile team to execute on the product backlog.
Work closely with engineering, architecture and design teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle - be able to resolve open issues, answer product questions and guide the engineering and development teams to building the right products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field
5+ years' experience working in visualization / data analytics for manufacturing /supply chain systems.
Deep knowledge of big data and analytics to help drive product development decisions
Experienced in usage of SQL, Data analysis and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and others
Experienced in collaborating with distributed software development teams.
