SUMMARY
Munson Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Digital Strategies for Munson Healthcare. Reporting directly to the System Director, Marketing and Corporate Communications, this role will lead the development and implementation of all digital strategies and website management for Munson Healthcare. The ideal candidate must be able to develop and align high-level strategies for multiple digital platforms, including website, social media, virtual care, CRM and email marketing.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of marketing web administration with management experience. Previous experience with managing major corporate website(s) preferable.
ORGANIZATION
Reports to the System Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications. Interacts with managers, directors, physicians, leadership, and marketing & corporate communications team to accurately reflect current services through web content

In collaboration with other team members, oversee and help translate organizational brand and marketing strategies into the digital environment including e-mail campaigns, paid search, display media and more.
Demonstrated experience in managing website content via content management systems.
Define, recommend, author, and implement analytical standards, metrics, and best practices regarding web analytics based on business needs.
Prepare and present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision making.
Drive efforts to take identified initiatives and/or problems and develop analytical strategy support for the program or solution.
Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems, including selection, utilization and optimization.
Knowledge of current digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant emerging technologies and their potential use.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; strong organizational skills; highly self-motivated and self-directed; and attentive to detail.
Knowledge or experience with online listings and reputation management.
Experience in working with and building relationships with a broad cross-section of stakeholders and influencers.
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
