Position Summary
Supervises the delivery of high quality food and nutritional services to Spectrum Health patients, retail patrons, catering, administration and employees, including the delivery of quality patient tray services.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent or equivalent, in related field
Experience - Formal training in food preparation and presentation 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 2+ years of related experience 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in progressively responsible food service Supervisory experience
Licenses -
Certification of ServSafe Manager Specific SH departments and entities as it applies - Required in SHGR 120 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Vocational / Technical or equivalent or equivalent, Culinary Arts
Licenses -
