EHM Senior Solutions is looking for a Billing Receivables Collections Specialist to join our growing and dynamic team. The Billing Receivables Collections Specialist will be responsible for the oversight, follow through and maintenance of the medical billing, reimbursement and accounts receivables.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Follow up on all Medicare Insurance claims or other insurance claims.
- Follow up daily on all Medicare claims for corrections and payment reconciliation.
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivables and payables processes.
- Submit Medicare Credit Balance Report and verify accounts receivable for any credits prior to submission.
- Assist with month end billing process to ensure all Account Receivable is accurate.
- Maintain policies and procedures related to the billing and financial operations.
- Receive and process payments from clients and family members.
Maintain a positive, trusting professional relationship with clients and family members Qualifications and Requirements:
Should possess an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent related experience in Medical Billing/Healthcare.
- Must possess prior experience in medical billing for Home Health Care, Inpatient Hospital and/or Skilled Nursing facilities/organizations.
- Must be knowledgeable in computer and billing systems.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
