The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Are you an extraordinary Program Manager* If so, we are looking for someone with your skills to join the KLA Global HR organization. As a Retirement Plans Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with and collaborating cross-functionally with Global Total Rewards, Global Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Operations & Analytics, Learning & OD, Internal Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Business Partner teams to think strategically about global people issues impacting scale, process and company growth. Although this position requires involvement with all aspects of benefits, the primary focus will be on Retirement and Savings plans. Program Manager responsibilities: * Manages the design and administration for the 401(k) retirement plan as well as the administration for a non-qualified deferred compensation plan (EDSP). This includes overseeing procedures for transmitting demographic and contribution files to the vendor from multiple payroll sources, as applicable. Primary contact for benefits escalations and case resolution * In addition to the above, oversees the annual EDSP enrollment process and scheduled distributions * Develops the communication and education strategy for retirement plans and financial well-being; prepares and delivers presentations to all employee levels, including executives * Coordinates and attends quarterly fiduciary meetings with a benefits oversight committee * Manages consultants and vendors to optimize their productivity and performance * Manages all total rewards related due diligence matters and integration. This role functions as the total rewards M&A lead and is closely involved in pre and post-acquisition project planning. Evaluates and implements best practices for domestic as well as international deal execution and integration processes * Partners with other business units to identify employee benefit needs, support programs, and process improvement opportunities * Compliance management, including but not limited to overseeing: SOX, SSAE16, 401(k) 5500 filings, annual legal notice distribution and/or posting, Non-Discrimination testing, and regular plan audits as they related to our benefit programs * Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation is a plus * Other functional HR experience is a plus MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree and minimum 7 years directly related experience EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY KLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
