Responsible for administering business planning process, analysis, reporting, budgeting and tracking, and support of anthem.ai office.
Director, Provider Digital AI Strategy
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing aligned provider digital story, strategy, programs, and solutions based on business priorities, provider/consumer/competitor insights, and industry trends that support digital and provider strategy
Collaboratively develop a prioritization framework to identify portfolio of provider digital innovation projects to seed and grow, leveraging Anthem's existing provider relationships and platform ecosystem
Maintain awareness of key trends and build relationships with key stakeholders in provider digital through establishing a Digital Provider Advisory Council, represent Anthem at industry events/conferences/workgroups, and lead strategy shaping market research
Responsible for researching and evaluating new digital market concepts / solutions from provider perspective, assessing them in the context of market opportunity, determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services, and then work alongside them to bring value to providers
Lead Digital AI team's provider engagement strategy as it relates to digital program launch and operations, overseeing full spectrum of the relationship with providers, from initial outreach and business case development, to program strategy and onboarding
Drive cross-functional initiatives with the Provider and Digital AI teams and serve as the Voice of the Provider to screen, seed, and scale digital innovation projects across Anthem's ecosystem. Drive vision, positioning, and key value proposition for providers to support cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing). Drive rigorous concept testing to ensure fit with providers
Drive creation of provider portfolio view through CRM-type system allowing for strategic assessment of collaboration partners
Develop playbook for engaging Anthem's provider partners on digital pilots, including advancing best practices for engagement, launch, steady-state operations, and evaluating key success metrics
Champion the Voice of the Provider to help usher in a new era of digital health across Anthem
Requires:
Excellent writing skills
Able to travel 20%
Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of IT management experience, ability to manage across geographically diverse associates and vendor partners; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience, expertise and/or specific certification may be required.
