Qualifications
The Global Program / Capacity Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all the manufacturing studies that are being presented for approval at the global product committee, assuring that each program meets the requirements in terms of application of the process standards, investment level and manpower. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the coordination of all the global program studies and the responsibility for the definition of the business case, manufacturing investment, manpower, plant capacity and downtime activities for the new programs industrialization.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
15+ years automotive experience in operations and program management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Leadership skills and capability to work with teams
Ability to present to senior leadership
Financial analysis and control capability
Project management experience including scope, cost and timing
World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and/or lean experience
