JOB TITLE: HR Recruitment Administrator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting: recruiting screening and recommending placement for staff by using creative sourcing methods. Primarily focuses on recruiting for technical and plant jobs, such as assembly, welding, information technology, engineering, research, management or similar. Responsible for all pre-boarding communication and tasks.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
Work with management to define job qualifications.
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Pre-screen job candidates, administers appropriate assessments and conducts reference/background checks.
Conduct interviews on the phone and in person with the hiring manager.
Create a network with the industry and the community, attend social functions and career fairs.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc. to identify and attract high quality candidates.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Actively recruit from colleges or universities.
Market the organization to potential employees by explaining company history, benefits, and compensation as well as Company expectations.
Maintain/Manage career path/succession planning program.
Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
Manage the pre-boarding process, including all communication with the employee, payroll, IT, manager/mentor to ensure for a smooth onboarding experience.
Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Travel to other facilities as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
3 to 5 years of Recruiting, Human Resources experience, or equivalent.
COMPETENCIES/SPECIAL NOTES:

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and recordkeeping.

Effective time management skills.
This position will require up to 35% travel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel to our manufacturing facilities. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require long hours of sitting/standing, must be able to physically lift and assemble display boards and other media devices utilized in recruiting.
