Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Valid pharmacist licensure in the state of Michigan (registered pharmacist & controlled substance license.
- Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience required.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification (e.g BCPS, BCACP, etc.) preferred.
- Completion of an ambulatory care residency preferred.
- Exhibit a professional and positive image when interacting with patients, physicians and staff.
- Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to and meet deadlines, while not compromising quality.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects, prioritizing workload to maximize efficiency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced organizational skills.
