Job Description

Inserting spindles into the painted metal motor housing tube and tighten using a cordless impact drill
Applying grease to the inside of the tubes using a rotary tool
Placing painted metal tubes into a nesting fixture
Selecting and applying the proper plastic components allowing smooth slide of columns
Assembling of all tubes and securing the spindle in place using a cordless impact drill
Installing the drive motor and plastic housing cover
Testing the actuation of the lifting column using test equipment
Inspection and packaging of columns
Palletizing of product

Operator is required to stand, bend, twist, grip and lift up to 30 pounds must possess a high attention to detail and have a good eye for quality.

Additional Requirements

This is a 1st shift - 5am-230pm, Monday - Friday position.
