HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leveraging External Best Practices - You'll collaborate with global Commercial Leadership network to define and develop standard metrics and benchmarks to define global effectiveness and efficiency of Go-to-Market (GTM) resources
Benchmarking - You'll collaborate with global Commercial Leadership network to develop standard processes and benchmarks to inform GTM choices and enable cross-market learning
Process/Metrics Development - You'll collaborate with global Commercial Leadership network to develop standard processes and metrics that inform direct sales force resource allocation and enable cross-market learning. You'll also roll up metrics to provide visibility into capability advancement over time; derive insights to suggest innovative GTM alternatives and spur action in key markets
Drive Efficiencies/Effectiveness - You'll guide the development of sales force enabling technology and advanced analytics to continue to drive efficiency/effectiveness
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Significant commercial experience in sales, commercial finance, and/or category management or project based consulting experience with a top tier consulting firm focused on Sales Force Effectiveness and GTM Strategy
Demonstrated people leadership, team building, and inspirational communication skills
Excellent conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
Demonstrated skills interacting and collaborating at executive levels and evidence of ability to influence and communicate effectively across all level within an organization
Bonus Points:
Master's Degree/MBA
Experience building commercial capabilities in a leadership position
Digital transformation experience in the sales function
Experience across multiple retail environments (e.g., HFS, Large Grocery/Mass, Foodservice/Distribution)/multiple go to market models (e.g., wholesale, distributor, direct sales)
Experience working in a global environment that encompasses emerging and developed markets
