SAIC is looking to hire a Training Task Lead to support the National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute (NHLBI) in the Virginia / Maryland area.
In this role you are able to work from home, but must be able to attend meetings once or twice a week in-person.
Job Description:
Prepare training curriculum utilizing development applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environment, and/or learning management systems.
Supports completion of training analysis; design and develops training curriculum; designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training; and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training.
Support development of advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories.
Supports development, modification, and execution of company policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. Mary refer to policies, procedures, and practices. Challenges are often unique and solutions may serve precedent for future decisions.
Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Collaborates closely with customer organization to review and establish assignments and utilize resources to accomplish goals and meet schedule objectives.
Prepares training curriculum utilizing development applications to be delivered via live, virtual, computer based training, web base training, eLearning environments and learning management systems, and upgrades and modifies training programs and curriculum for effectiveness.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft, WEBEX, and SKYPE products.
Proficient with the use of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Must have a Bachelors and 6+ years of experience. Will accept and additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have experience creating training curriculum, utilizing development applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments, and/or learning management systems.
Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Must be proficient in MICROSOFT, WEBEX, and SKYPE products.
Must be able to independently determine and develop an approach to solutions. Plan schedules and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives.
Must be able to collaborate closely with customer organization to review and establish assignments and utilize resources to accomplish goals and meet schedule objectives.
Must be able to deliver training curriculum utilizing development applications to be delivered via virtual, computer based training, web based training, eLEarning environment and learning management systems, and upgrades and modifies training programs and curriculum for effectiveness of training programs.
