POSITION SUMMARY:
The associate social content producer role is needed to join our Pace Studio to develop dynamic, social-first, on-brand content for social and paid media to meet business and marketing objectives. This role requires someone well-versed in the unique ways content is being created for various online platforms with the guidance of the Director of Social Media Production.
This person will be able to create content optimized for any and all social and paid media platforms, keeping the audience motivation in mind, and always asking "would they like this and become motivated to action?"
Partnering with project management, client solutions (account), creative and strategy and analytics, this person must be able to create (and review others in creating) audience-centric assets, inclusive of page design, photography, graphics, infographics, video, storyboards for animation and social media content for all channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Present creative work internally and externally
Help create all content types for print, digital and social channels
Assist in crafting unique, emotionally-driven, audience-centric stories
Lead social-first ideation and brainstorming sessions
Continually evolve an understanding of SEO best practices
Advocate for and participate in the creative process
Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors for comprehensive content creation
Understand the brand guidelines for assigned client work
Collaborate and share social-first ideas and best practices with peers across the organization
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Illustration, Communications or related field
Experience:
2+ years of experience in an art focused creative role
Social-first creative experience preferred
Paid Media experience a plus
Skills:
Unending curiosity about the world, social media trends and mainstream news - local, national and international
Must be able to articulate the solve for the "The Strategic Why" presented by the strategy team and how the creative uniquely addresses the strategic insight and helps meet business objectives
Understanding of the social media space across these platforms but not limited to social media universe, including experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch, Reddit, etc.
Understanding designing for Paid Media
Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
Experience designing for motion preferred
Stay current with both existing and emerging media delivery methods and content platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly
Proven ability to estimate the resources and time required for production tasks
Can work both independently and as a collaborative team player
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver complex messaging effectively
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, keeping yourself motivated and on-task
Deep understanding of the emotional and tactical needs for target audiences, channels and platforms
Experience in social media analytics and paid social media is a benefit
