The position is for a telephone answering service. Our staff answers phone lines, enters data and dispatches calls to a variety of customers ranging from smaller daytime companies to medical offices and service companies. The job is a part-time position (18-20 hours a week). Applicants must be able to start at 3pm, 4pm or 4:30pm. Requirements include working every other weekend and occasional holidays. Employees are required to work in a fast paced environment so it is important to have someone that is upbeat and can multi-task. Candidates must have good typing skills (50+ wpm), a pleasant sounding voice, good grammar, customer service skills and limited computer knowledge.
Starting wage is $11.00 per hour. After 90 days, $12.00 per hour.
