Accelerated Care Plus (ACP) is a Hanger company and a leading provider of Evidence-Based Clinical Programs, Leading-Edge Rehabilitation Technologies and Advanced Therapist Training serving over 6,000 healthcare entities and chronic rehab providers throughout the U.S., including the nation's leading Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health and Inpatient/Outpatient organizations nationwide.
The Regional Manager of Sales (RMS) works to ensure financial growth and profitability in areas of new business, current client growth, equipment add-ons, and product sales, and supports marketing communications and client relations.
Your Impact
The RMS reports to the Senior Regional Manager of Operations and works with ACP’s field leadership and executive leadership, and
•Is accountable for developing new business opportunities and building same store sales.
•Promotes and sells company products and programs through direct customer contacts within an assigned geographic territory.
•Schedules sales calls and submits reports of sales activities and progress versus regional and corporate objectives.
•Identifies prospective customers, builds necessary relationships and presents the information necessary to introduce ACP’s programs.
•Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.
•Coordinates sales communications and promotional activities within the region.
•Provides guidance and direction to other ACP employees in the areas of sales and marketing.
•Assists in development of sales/marketing tools and materials.
•Assists, as needed, in the retention of current partnerships.Minimum Qualifications
Ideal candidates will live within the assigned territory. Preferable locations would be:
New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Illinois (N. of Highway 70)
•Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
•Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a health care settingAdditional Success Factors
•Knowledge of physical therapy equipment manufacturers and in the development of sales/marketing tools and materials.
•Experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric Rehab.
•Excellent sales management and customer service skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Computer, Microsoft Office (including power point presentations and certain financial analysis) and Internet literacy.
