Responsibilities
- Complete Project/Program/Product ownership
- Proactively manage a technical and cross-functional product development team
- Act as primary technical interface to the customer
- Lead technical problem resolution for design, testing, and manufacturing issues
- Own product design, release and bill of material (BOM)
- Support business development activities during RFQ phase
*Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of automotive product development and/or launch experience
- Strong business acumen
- Organizational management experience (technical functional leader and/or group manager)
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Excellent communication skills with experience in customer communication, presentation and negotiations
