Position Summary
Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Performs basic skills per hospital/unit guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
This role will start with required Nursing Technician Training from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the first week and a half. These classes are preset and required to work in the Nursing Tech role.
The core schedule for this schedule is as follows:
Week 1&2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Thursday
Week 3&4: Tuesday Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday
Week 5&6: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
