This role will focus on providing exceptional customer support to existing key Kelly customers. This support includes identifying opportunities to grow Kelly’s business with the customer by adding additional lines of service where possible.
Responsibilities:
SALES/ CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
· Manage the client relationship of Kelly’s mid-size clients. May serve as a single point of contact for a specific client
· Expand usage of core business and new business lines throughout the customer’ various locations and subsidiaries by identifying Kelly opportunities and developing support strategies
· Maintain effective business relationships at executive level with key decision makers
· Responsible for Kelly’s introduction wherever customer does business
· Negotiate contract renewals prior to expiration to improve terms and conditions, gross profits, etc. Monitor the renewal of all clients within team
STRATEGIC THINKING
· Obtain an in-depth understanding of customer’s objectives and needs and or gain a better understanding of the customer’s via branch knowledge/outside sources and join the branch with face to face interaction with the customer
· Gain an understanding of customer’s business and staffing objectives
· Work closely with other divisions to represent the customer and provide continuity of service for cross-divisional clients
· To leverage customer successes, replicate efficient programs and resolve issues effectively
· Develop strategic client plans and interact with field and peers to share experience and knowledge and maintain frequent contact.
· Ability to interact with executive leadership at Kelly to gain concurrence and support for servicing models.
· Communicate terms and conditions, servicing issues and pricing structures related to specific customers to the field organization, as well as to internal departments
· Understand and communicate to business key industry trends and develop strategies around this data
