This is a food service position involving the responsibility for all food service duties, including cooking, prep work, dish washing, general clean up, driving and serving food.
Job is 5 to 6 hours per day.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK AND DUTIES:
Records and Reports:
Responsible for recording food production records.
Needs to have the abiltiy to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to withstand excessive bending, twisting, and lifting.
Abitliy to reach and lift over the head and the abilty to reach in and out of ovens while preparing food.
Can tolerate standing up to 7 hrs per day, with a 10 minute break after 3 hours worked.
Possesses even temperament and ability to comprehend and carry out the objectives of the position in a way conducive to good personal relationships. Also possesses good judgment, good moral character, personal cleanliness, is courteous, neat, cooperative, tactful, dependable, honest and loyal.
