Also provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed.
Ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience; OR Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:Licensed Psychologist; OR Limited Licensed Psychologist; OR Licensed Master's in Social Work.
Preferred Skills-
Candidates are required to have a master's degree of social work from an accredited university/college graduate school. Fully licensed, LMSW-Clinical to practice in the state of Michigan (passed their State of MI Licensure exam). A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience providing individual, group & family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21 and their family. Experience working on a multidisciplinary/integrated team; either in an urban school environment, outpatient behavioral/mental health setting and/or integrated primary care setting with high-risk clients/families. The skill set to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic integrated team with excellent organization skills.
